Job summary

Helius Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to build production-ready AI agents, autonomous workflows, and enterprise RAG pipelines in Singapore. You will integrate LLM capabilities with core business systems and scale secure automation solutions.

You will design agents with memory and tools, implement RAG pipelines, and collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure performance and reliability in production.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI automation tools and LLMs.
• Experience deploying self-hosted automation stacks.
• Familiarity with vector databases and open-source AI tooling.

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on AI Automation Engineer to build and deploy production-ready AI agents, autonomous workflows, and enterprise RAG pipelines. You will bridge advanced LLM capabilities with core business systems, transforming raw AI models into secure, scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI Agents & RAG: Design intelligent agents with memory, tool integration, and multi-step reasoning. Build and manage RAG pipelines using vector databases.
• Engineer Workflows: Construct, self-host, and optimize complex end-to-end automations and custom nodes using n8n.
• Integrate & Scale: Develop reusable AI microservices and integrate them into enterprise systems via REST APIs, JSON, and secure authentication protocols.
• Optimize & Maintain: Partner with infrastructure teams to deploy scalable solutions, debug workflows, and refine system performance.

Qualifications

• Core Tech: Proficient in Python and/or Java /Type , Linux CLI environments, and REST API integrations (OAuth, API keys).
• AI & Automation Stack: Practical experience with n8n (self-hosted), Claude Code, vector databases (Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma), Hugging Face, and Jupyter Notebooks.
• AI Fundamentals: Deep understanding of embeddings, tokenization, model inference, and fine-tuning concepts.
• Mindset: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a bias toward building practical, production-ready AI tools.
