Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an AI Application Developer to join a multidisciplinary team in Singapore. You will design, develop, deploy and maintain AI-powered applications focusing on LLMs, agentic AI and automation to boost operations.

Responsibilities include data pipelines, prompt engineering, and RAG frameworks; multi-agent orchestration; enterprise system integration; and monitoring, governance and security to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field; master's advantageous.
• At least 3 years in AI application development or related field.
• Experience deploying LLMs, AI agents, or GenAI in production.
• Strong Python/SQL (or R) programming skills; cloud familiarity (AWS).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps, DevSecOps and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Job description

The AI Application Developer will be part of a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Software Developers, driving innovation at the intersection of healthcare, data, and artificial intelligence.

This role is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered applications, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of LLM-based and Agentic AI applications to address business and operational challenges.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, prompt engineering workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
• Build, test, and deploy AI-powered applications, including multi-agent orchestration solutions.
• Apply NLP and machine learning techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured datasets.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems, applications, and data platforms.
• Develop monitoring, evaluation, and explain ability frameworks to measure AI application performance.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability through validation and governance processes.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualisations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Implement data security, access controls, and responsible AI practices in line with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, manage projects, and deliver scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Master's Degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI application development, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and deploying LLM applications, AI agents, or GenAI solutions in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agent orchestration platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and/or R.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models and LLM APIs into enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps, DevSecOps, and software development best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or higher certification is preferred.
