Responsibilities
- Define and implement the AI and data practice vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with company goals, focusing on leveraging data analytics and AI/ML to drive insights-driven decision making.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for the Data and AI business line, including market analysis, value proposition, and business model.
- Build a strong pipeline with at least 10 new wins and achieve a minimum of USD 1M in revenue from Data and AI opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners, vendors, solution development, business development, sales, and delivery teams to create synergies and growth opportunities.
- Engage with stakeholders across the region to gain support for the Data and AI line of business, including presenting to senior leadership, negotiating with partners, and engaging customers.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of AI and data solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and impact.
- Understand client needs and challenges, proposing AI and data solutions that add value and competitive advantage.
- Work with product development and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Manage the execution of the strategy, adjusting based on performance data and feedback, ensuring milestones are met within budget and time.
- Stay updated on AI and data trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance offerings.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in computer science, data science, statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in AI and data, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven success in delivering AI and data solutions for complex business problems.
- Strong technical skills in AI and data, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, data engineering, visualization, and governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to create value propositions.
- Passion for AI and data, driven by curiosity and continuous learning.
