Job summary

CA SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Commercial Analyst in Singapore to manage key accounts and support trading operations. You will analyse supply and demand, scope new markets, and help set up regional entities while handling contracts and pricing activities.

The role requires a degree with 2–5 years in agri-trading, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 25% across Asia. Experience with trade systems and regulatory/compliance processes is valued.

Qualifications

• Degree with 2 to 5 years' trading and/ or trade support experience in agri-trading sector.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to work across teams.
• Potentially travelling up to 25% of the time.
• Experience within commodity trading, agricultural products or soft commodities.
• Experience using trade management systems.
• Understanding of futures, pricing processes and contract lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with credit, compliance or customer due diligence processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing key commercial accounts, ensuring repeat business.
• Manage Supply and demand analysis in key regions
• Scope new markets and obtain new clients across the different products and services
• Assist with the setting up of new regional corporate entities
• Prepare and maintain sales and purchase contracts, addendums and amendments.
• Review contractual documents to ensure they accurately reflect agreed commercial terms and email correspondence.
• Obtain required approvals, signatures, and maintain records within company systems.
• Maintain data integrity and support compliance with internal controls.
• Create and maintain contracts, cost profiles and related records within Suite.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of trade data, contract fields and pricing information.
• Maintain Contract Master Records and supporting documentation.
• Process futures records internally and other pricing-related transactions.
• Prepare and issue price confirmations, following up on approvals where required.
• Support CDD, credit-related processes and internal reporting requirements.
• Coordinate samples, budget-related activities and other ad hoc operational tasks.
• Provide backup support to team members and assist with process improvement initiatives
