As an Agreements & Contracts Specialist at Fashion TV, you will be responsible for managing the drafting, review, and execution of various contracts and agreements such as employee agreements, franchise agreements, and service agreements. Your role will require a deep understanding of contract law, strong communication skills, and a keen focus on precision in legal documentation.Your key responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and modifying contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies. You will track changes and revisions in agreements, collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contract terms with organizational goals, analyze contractual obligations to mitigate legal risks, and provide guidance on contract-related queries for smooth contract lifecycle management. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring proper documentation, timely execution of agreements, monitoring changes in laws and regulations for legal compliance, and managing contract templates for consistency across agreements.To excel in this role, you should possess strong experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly in employee, franchise, and service agreements. Excellent attention to detail, proficiency in tracking changes in legal documents, solid understanding of contract law and risk management, and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
