Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking an Agentic AI Product Designer to shape intelligent experiences that blend human-centered design with AI capabilities across web and mobile. You will lead end-to-end design for agentic and conversational AI, build scalable design systems, and collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data scientists throughout discovery to delivery.

This role requires a strong portfolio in UX, prototyping, user research, and experience with AI-enabled applications, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, UX, Product Design, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Proven experience designing digital products, enterprise platforms, or AI-enabled applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design, interaction design, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Experience designing conversational AI, generative AI, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, research techniques, and usability testing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for agentic AI, conversational AI, and AI-assisted enterprise applications across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into intuitive workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
• Create and evolve AI interaction patterns, including multi-step task execution, human-in-the-loop workflows, explainability features, feedback mechanisms, and trust-building experiences.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and design standards that accelerate product development.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, journey mapping, and validation activities to inform product decisions and improve adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through delivery and optimization.
• Facilitate design workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and requirement gathering activities to ensure successful product outcomes.
• Rapidly prototype and visualize concepts to support experimentation, product validation, and executive presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale AI products or workflow automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, AI governance, explainability, and trust and safety considerations.
• Exposure to multi-modal experiences involving text, voice, image, or digital-human interfaces.
• Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design practices.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
• Experience working within financial services, public sector, technology, or other regulated industries.
