Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with data analysis or AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
• Support evaluation and implementation of Agentic AI use cases in client and sales management.
• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare business presentations, process documentation, and project updates.
• Participate in testing, user feedback sessions, and solution rollout activities.
• Analyse data and business outcomes to support decision-making.
