The launch and growth of Agentforce require a complete change in how we market and sell the value of Salesforce solutions and products. An agent first approach, supported by a move to agentic architectures, requires new approaches, knowledge, thought processes and expertise.
Agentforce and AI expertise will grow significantly through FY26 within the FR SE organisation. This role will reinforce our SE capabilities to foster Agentforce growth plan by supporting the wider FR distribution organisation.
As an Agentforce Senior Solution Engineer, you:
Are engaged by Account SE to support sales, communicate solution benefits, and deliver proofs of value to client regarding your dedicated product
Function as internal and external SME through solution relevancy assessment and professional rapport with clients and account partners through discovery calls, use case ideation and product demonstrations
Apply thought leadership and best practices of the domain to communicate value proposition of dedicated products and solutions
Present Executive level product demonstrations to key stakeholders highlighting the value of dedicated Salesforce products and solutions
FY26 Roles
As an Agentforce Senior SE in the FY26 Agentforce SE Team, you will be dedicated to Agentforce products and you will be asked to provide customer engagement reinforcement regarding these products.
You will have to communicate the value for the Agentforce domain and products and how they can help the customer meet their objectives.
You will be asked to focus on Agentforce sales motions efficiency, by assisting Core SE and Agentforce AEs in positioning, scoping and delivering Agentforce promotional workshops and assets.
Depending on the scope and complexity, you may be required to deliver some of this content yourself, demonstrating your outstanding customer interaction and engagement skills.
For that, you will provide solution insights, deliver engagement workshops, build assets and perform demos on specific use cases for these products.

successfully position AI and Agentforce solutions to customers
manage and run customer workshops that inspire attendees with hands-on problem-solving and solution creation.
inspire people with practical examples of Salesforce and emerging technologies — from experimenting with new technologies to synthesising trends, all while getting hands dirty by designing and building solutions.
Work with the customer in their environment to prove the ability of the platform to meet their expectations and face their constraints.
Academic qualification to degree level (minimum) in computing/computer science.
Established and experienced pre-sales professional (4 years+), ideally previous experience as a Sales Engineer/Architect for a SaaS CRM/AI company or similar technology
Knowledge of the AI landscape, and other cloud technology
Experience in AI, automation, Generative AI Strategy and LLM-based Autonomous Agents
Ability to build impactful assets, demonstrations, prototypes
Team delivery, working with large groups in pressurized environments to deliver challenging complex proposals, solution designs and solutions
Continuous learning attitude with a demonstrated history of self-enablement and advancement in both technology and behavioural areas.
