Job summary

Tencent Cloud is building a next-generation Agent security product to safeguard enterprise AI workloads at scale. As our Agent Security Expert, you will define the architecture for real-time defense and lead the product's security roadmap in a fast-evolving global market.

You'll own end-to-end security architecture, implement guardrails, and translate attack patterns into shipped features while mentoring junior engineers across security-first design.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security engineering, systems engineering, or similar field with production security components.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the Agent security product, balancing detection coverage, latency, and overhead.
• Design and implement runtime guardrails including prompt injection defense and credential leak prevention.
• Architect MCP and tool-chain security against tool poisoning and transitive trust abuse.
• Build an automated agent red-teaming pipeline to discover vulnerabilities and harden defenses pre-production.
• Partner with product, engineering, and threat intelligence teams to ship security features and mentor junior engineers.
