Job Description
  1. Call & connect with the leads provided by clients for sales conversions
  2. Assist the Agent Partnership Specialist Lead to create strategic plans for clients to maximise utilisation and growth
  3. Execute the strategic account plans for each client to maximise utilisation, growth, and revenue
  4. Initiate dialogue and build relationships with crucial points of contact
  5. Manage new client end-to-end for support
  6. Present products and services to customers in an informative, educational, timely, and consultative manner
  7. Support and uncover cross-sell opportunities with existing clients
  8. Organise materials and plan territory maps for marketing plans, training sessions, and agent promotions
  9. Perform any other tasks as set by the Agent Partnership Specialist Lead
Qualifications
  • Graduate or above
  • 1-3 years of experience in education or FX industry
  • Persistent and proactive
  • Good customer service and relationship building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel (preferred but not essential)
  • Skilled in office systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
