ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Agent Operations Executive is a key support role, assisting the Team Lead in managing daily operations within the Agent/Channel Management unit. The role focuses on optimizing contract governance, remuneration frameworks, and process improvements while ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline agent agreements, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Oversee agent commission and incentive structures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, process, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales or channel operations experience preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
