Agent - Air Export Operations (Night Operations)

The ideal candidate is bilingual, eager to grow, learn, and work in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities include:

1. Providing operational support and processing export documentation accurately and promptly to meet airline departure schedules and compliance with customs and government regulations.
2. Ensuring all documentation (invoices, reports, AWBs) are complete, scanned, and correctly filed.
3. Checking shipment checklists are completed and attached as per IATA regulations.
4. Meeting Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirements per GDP/GDPMDS regulations.
5. Completing daily end-of-day closing reports.
6. Reviewing shipment data and updating shipment manifests timely and accurately.
7. Sending pre-alert documentation to customers and destination offices promptly.
8. Coordinating with airlines and warehouse staff on shipment issues.
9. Communicating with customer service regarding rates, destinations, and instructions.
10. Providing 24-hour service for urgent shipments, including after hours, holidays, and weekends.
11. Performing shift work and rostered duties, including compliance with customs permits for AOG shipments.
12. Taking on additional tasks as required.

Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may apply. Minimum requirements include tertiary education, 1 year of experience in service industry, and knowledge of airfreight operations. Candidates should possess initiative, good organizational skills, be team players, computer literate, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Working Hours:

Five-day workweek with one off and one rest day, with shifts scheduled as follows:

• Shift 1: 08:30 am - 06:00 pm (4 days), 08:30 am - 05:30 pm (1 day)
• Shift 2: 12:00 pm - 09:30 pm (4 days), 12:30 pm - 09:30 pm (1 day)
• Shift 3: 02:00 pm - 11:30 pm (4 days), 02:30 pm - 11:30 pm (1 day)
• Shift 4: 03:30 pm - 01:30 am (4 days), 03:30 pm - 00:30 am (1 day)
• Shift 5: 06:30 pm - 04:00 am (4 days), 06:30 pm - 03:30 am (1 day)
• Shift 6: 11:00 pm - 08:00 am (4 days), 11:30 pm - 08:30 am (1 day)
