Job Description

Job Purpose

Plan consols for optimum yield while meeting customers’ expectations.

Key Accountabilities

1. Make bookings with airlines for export to various destinations via email or phone calls.
2. Build good working relationships with our airline partners.
3. Ensure to meet all Pharmaceutical & Healthcare requirements as per GDP/GDPMDS regulations and directives, as required.
4. Follow up on shipments to ensure onboard the scheduled flights and arrive at destinations.
5. Maximize built-up units and minimize space wastage to increase yields.
6. Provide flight details to internal customers timely.
7. Ensure that any discrepancies/offloading related to shipments are reported to the Customer Service team and other offices promptly.
8. Timely processing of recap/settlements with destination offices.
9. Verifying airline invoices and ensuring the correct amount billed.
10. Take up additional tasks as required to meet the department’s goals.

Qualifications

Tertiary education with 3-5 years’ experience in an airfreight forwarding environment.
