Key Responsibilities:
• Report directly to the Manager and Head of Department.
• Manage the recruitment process for Agents, Financial Advisors (FAs), and Financial Intermediaries (FIs).
• Develop and review agent compensation packages, including remuneration and benefits.
• Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions and courses for agents.
• Coordinate and oversee agent-related events and engagement activities.
• Monitor and track agent performance, providing regular performance reviews.
• Organize Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training sessions for agents.
• Conduct regular dialogue sessions to update agents on organizational changes, product launches, and other key initiatives.
• Provide backup support within the department during staff absences.

Requirements:
• Preferably at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Willing to obtain the Certificate in General Insurance (CGI), if required.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
• Eager to learn with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of multitasking and working well in a team environment.
• Able to work independently and interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
