Singapore Airlines is seeking a proactive Agency Sales professional to manage a portfolio of travel agencies, including tour operators and TMCs, within the Sales & Marketing Division.

You will drive passenger segment, revenue and market share goals, build agency relationships, stay ahead of promotions and pricing, and coordinate with Sales Planning, SMT and NRM to grow SQ's market presence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve passenger segment, revenue & market share goals for agency accounts.
• Own a portfolio of agencies including tour operators, consolidators and TMCs.
• Build relationships and keep agencies updated on promotions, pricing and product.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors' fares, promotions and activities.
• Prepare account plans and coordinate with Sales Planning.
• Deploy solutions to grow market share and coordinate joint marketing campaigns.
