Job summary

Profound is the fastest-growing AI marketing platform. As Account Manager, Agency, you will own a 40–60 account portfolio, drive renewal and expansion revenue, and partner with agency executives to demonstrate clear ROI for the agencies and their clients.

This on-site role is based in NYC, London, or Singapore, offering a base salary range of $90,000 to $140,000 before variable compensation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and forecast with CRM data to ensure transparent results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS account management with agency focus.
• Proven renewals and upsell track record.
• Strong consultative selling with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 40 to 60 accounts and manage renewals.
• Co-manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding through expansions and renewals.
• Understand customer goals and position Profound as a must-have partner.
• Build relationships with enterprise brands through agencies.
• Forecast with CRM data and manage pipeline.
• Lead commercial conversations including executive reviews and negotiations.
