A leading port agency in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional to manage vessel arrival updates and crew documentation. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in port agency shipping operations and a good understanding of Port and Immigration regulations. This role offers a dynamic work environment with the need to handle responsibilities outside regular hours.

• Able to work irregular hours as required.

• Update vessel arrival to principals and vendors.
• Process formalities to ensure smooth ship arrival/departure.
• Process crew documentation and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Update upcoming/ongoing vessel arrival to principals and vendors.
• Process all necessary formalities and declarations timely to ensure smooth arrival/departure of ship assigned. (i.e. : ICA, MPA, Port of clearance).
• Process crew documentation and certifications.
• Handling of Cash to master's request including delivery on board.
• Follows all rules and regulations according to authorities.
• Maintains a good relationship with the Ship Captain and Chief Engineer of the ship.
