Job description

The Agency Management Executive is responsible for the end-to-end support and development of agents (Agency, FAs, and FIs), including recruitment, performance monitoring, training, and engagement. This role plays a key part in ensuring that agents are well-equipped, motivated, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective communication and execution of departmental strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist on onboarding process for new agents, including Agency, Financial Advisors (FAs), and Financial Intermediaries (FIs).
  • Plan and coordinate regular training sessions to improve agents' sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance understanding.
  • Organize Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programs to support ongoing learning.
  • Coordinate agent events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through regular dialogue sessions, feedback channels, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide operational support within the department, including coverage for team members during absences.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless support for agents.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in similar role
  • Organizational and event management experience
  • Knowledge of financial services or insurance industry is a plus
