Job description

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new brokers.
• Act as the key liaison between brokers and internal departments.
• Support brokers in achieving their sales targets and resolving operational issues.
• Design and deliver training programs on insurance products, sales techniques, systems, and compliance to brokers and internal teams.
• Organize regular workshops, webinars, and refresher courses.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in general insurance, with exposure to training and broker/channel management.
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• BCP, PGI, ComGI certified
