As an Agency Development Manager, you’ll be trained to become an investment-focused financial consultant with the opportunity to build and lead your own advisory team. Rather than being handed portfolios, you will be empowered to source and advise your own clients — gaining hands-on experience in wealth planning, investments, and business development.

  - Lump-sum incentive of up to 300% based on the average of your last two years’ annual salary

Structured 2-Year Training Program (Depends on experience)

Year 1: Foundational Training

• Master the company’s product suite and financial planning services -- wealth building, investment focused
• Learn target-setting and goal achievement strategies
• Develop communication and client education skills
• Understand client-centric advisory approaches
• Explore different methods to recruit and engage future team members

Year 2: Leadership and Team Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor new advisors
• Drive team bonding, productivity, and retention
• Analyze team performance, troubleshoot challenges, and implement growth strategies

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 2 years of experience in financial advisory preferred
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Professional certifications such as CFMAS are advantageous
• Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable individuals encouraged to apply
• No prior experience required – comprehensive 1-on-1 training provided
