After-Sales Service Engineer (Hardware)


Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting & Repair -Diagnose, analyze, and resolve equipment failures at company facilities or customer sites.
  • Routine Maintenance -Perform daily inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment operation.
  • Technical Support -Provide professional technical consultation and solutions to assist customers with equipment-related issues.
  • Documentation -Maintain detailed records of repair processes, root causes, and corrective actions to build a comprehensive maintenance database.
  • Spare Parts Management -Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability for timely repairs.
  • Training & Guidance -Conduct equipment operation and maintenance training for new employees or customers.
  • Continuous Improvement -Participate in optimizing repair processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 year of equipment repair experience; familiarity with common device structures and working principles. Expertise in logistics equipment maintenance is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong hands-on ability proficient in using common repair tools and instruments.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and mechanical principles.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively resolve issues with clients.
  • Responsibility: Highly accountable, able to remain composed under pressure, and complete repairs promptly.
  • Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving maintenance demands.
