Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for the GM, Engineering teams, customers, and contractors.
  • Facilitate aftersales service calls optimally attended and logged.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and adhere to the timelines and guidelines of the aftersales support regime (VORs, Campaigns, Warranty & Services).
  • Produce, develop, and monitor Engineering schedules in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Discuss the progress of engineering tasks internally.
  • Ensure weekly/monthly reports are aligned and submitted timely.
  • Facilitate parts required for the VORs/Warranty & Campaigns for usage and recording.
  • Communicate regularly with the part planners to ensure materials arrive on time.
  • Negotiate confidently with contractors.
  • Receive calls and emails from customers and act in line with policy guidance.
  • Deploy engineering resources as required to cover customer requests and allocate jobs accordingly.
  • Comply with Company HSE standards and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Embark on and train for the next phase of Zero mission technology in Automotive.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
