Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of aftersales operations, ensuring profitability and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Inspire and lead the team to achieve business goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all aftersales processes, standards, and audits in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the manufacturer.
Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with customers.
Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of managerial experience in the automotive industry.
Genuine passion for customer service, with a background in service-focused environments.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with excellent interpersonal skills.
