Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Student Care Teacher (Multi-Subject Specialist) to supervise students after school, guide homework and spelling, and deliver coaching in English, Maths or Science.

The role focuses on holistic development within a supportive learning environment in Singapore centres near MRT stations. Working hours are typically 9:30am–6:30pm or 10:15am–7:15pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturday sessions.

Qualifications

Diploma in any discipline (Education or related field preferred).
Strong foundation in at least one core subject (English, Mathematics, or Science).

Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students during after-school hours.
Guide students in their daily homework and spelling revision.
Plan and conduct enrichment activities to support holistic development.
Deliver subject-specific coaching (e.g. English, Mathematics, or Science) to strengthen students’ academic performance.
Prepare lesson materials, worksheets, and assessments aligned with MOE syllabus.
Monitor and track students’ academic progress and provide feedback to parents.
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
Perform administrative duties related to student care operations.
