Job summary

The Growing Academy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated full-time caregiver to supervise and support children and youths with special needs in person in Singapore.

The role focuses on fostering life skills, social abilities, and academic independence in a safe, nurturing environment. Qualifications

• Experience working with children and youths with special needs (autism, learning difficulties preferred).
• Strong communication and behavior management skills.
• First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and care for children and youth.
• Assist students with daily living activities, including toileting and showering.
• Support students with homework and provide additional academic revision.
• Implement and manage behavior strategies to support positive student behavior.
• Facilitate social skills activities to encourage peer interaction and communication.
• Plan and organize community outings and leisure activities to promote independence.
