Qualifications

• Experience with primary school children preferred.
• Patient, caring, responsible and able to manage a group of children.
• Able to guide children in primary school subjects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during after-school care hours.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
• Guide children in completing their homework and schoolwork.
• Conduct enrichment activities, games, arts and crafts, and character-building activities.
• Manage children’s behaviour using positive guidance.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and proper routines.
• Monitor children’s attendance and dismissal arrangements.
• Communicate with parents regarding their child’s progress or any concerns.
• Work closely with colleagues to plan and carry out centre activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Centre Supervisor.
