Job description

  • Position : After-Sales Technical Specialist (Coffee Machines/Grinders)

  • Location : Jalan Besar (Near Bendemeer MRT)

  • Working hours : Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM

  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5500 + Performance Bonus + 18 Days Annual Leave

  • Duration : Permanent

  • Industry : Coffee Machine Manufacturer and Supplier

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing after-sales support, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers on machine operation.

  • Conducting preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

  • Collaborating with the technical team to resolve recurring problems.

  • Assisting customers with technical questions and usage instructions.

  • Keeping detailed records of repairs, replacements, and customer interactions.

  • Supporting sales with technical advice during customer consultations.

  • Staying informed about new coffee machine technologies and industry standards.

  • Other ad-hoc activities assigned.

Requirements:

  • Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electronics, mechanics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in repairing and maintaining coffee machines or similar appliances.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

  • Willingness to travel overseas for technical support when required.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin-speaking associates.
