Handle post-purchase customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. logistics, technical, sales) to ensure timely resolution of issues
Track and manage product returns, exchanges, repairs, and warranties
Maintain accurate records of after-sales interactions and service history
Provide updates and follow-ups to customers regarding the status of their requests
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective support and relationship management
Gather feedback to identify common issues and recommend service improvements
Prepare after-sales reports and documentation for internal review and process enhancement
Support the sales team with customer account management and service-related information
Stay informed on product knowledge to assist with technical or usage-related queries
