Job summary

A leading company in the Life Sciences Industry is seeking an After Sales Service Lead for a permanent role in Singapore. The successful candidate will lead service operations for various upstream and downstream pharmaceutical equipment, manage client relationships, and maintain high-quality support. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of relevant experience and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with pharmaceutical equipment servicing.
  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Prior experience in a distributor setting is highly preferred.

We are currently looking for a After Sales Service Lead- Upstream/Downstream Equipments to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.


Key Attributes/Responsibilities

  • Lead service operations for a wide range of upstream and downstream pharmaceutical process equipment, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage technical service across multiple OEM product lines—bioreactors, CIP/SIP systems, filtration units, granulators, and more—requiring strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Act as the technical bridge between clients, internal teams, and equipment manufacturers to ensure high-quality post-sales support and service continuity.
  • Navigate the unique challenges of a distributor environment by balancing multiple equipment brands and customer expectations with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Interpret and implement diverse OEM manuals, service bulletins, and training materials to maintain technical excellence across product lines.
  • Train, mentor, and support junior service engineers while maintaining service documentation, SOPs, and performance records.
  • Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical equipment servicing, excellent troubleshooting ability, and a flexible, self-driven mindset.
  • Prior experience in a distributor setting is highly preferred; strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential for success.
