To cope with the significant growth we are experiencing, we are looking for highly driven individuals to join us as AFTERSALES MANAGER.

Responsibilities

· Plan and Co-ordinate daily after-sales repairs and servicing requests for customers

· Understand and handle customers’ service requests on customers servicing / repairs

· Establish good and strong relationships with clients

· Liaise with vendors and workshops on customers’ request

· Deliver a high level of customer satisfactions

Requirements

· Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels/Diploma or higher

· Automotive knowledge would be advantageous

· Able to write and converse fluently in English

· Mature and possess excellent interpersonal skills

· Must possess valid class 3 Singapore driving license

· Positive attitude towards delivering customer service excellence
