Site visit to different customer water systems and provide technical solution/quotation for system performance improvement or trouble-shooting.
Collaborate with engineering and service teams to develop the best solution for the customer.
Coordinate, plan, and execute routine maintenance and operations for water/wastewater treatment systems, monitor plant performance and water quality, analyze data for reporting, and handle system troubleshooting and emergency response.
Provide system improvement and modification solutions to customers along with the engineering team.
Follow-up consistently with customers and deliver accurate client/sales status reports on demand to the management team.
Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with clients to meet their requirements.
Work effectively in a team with multi-disciplinary engineering knowledge.
Manage service team manpower schedule arrangements.
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree Holder in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent is preferred.
Excellent planning skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
