Job description

We are seeking an After Sales and Service Engineer responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and calibration of our Thermal Spray Systems at our APAC customers.

This role requires travel to Asia-Pacific (APAC) countries approximately 5 to 6 times per year.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Install OM Products: Perform system installation independently within the designated time frame.

2. Provide equipment and operator training.

3. Repair systems and components.

4. Prepare and manage service projects: Diagnose customer machine faults/issues effectively.

5. Calibrate equipment: Perform calibration of all machine types, including legacy products.

6. Provide customer technical support.
