Job description

We are seeking an After Sales and Service Engineer responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and calibration of our Thermal Spray Systems for our APAC customers.

Note: This role requires travel to Asia-Pacific (APAC) countries approximately 5 to 6 times per year.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Install OM Products: Perform system installation independently within designated timeframes.

2. Conduct equipment and operator training.

3. Repair systems and components.

4. Prepare and manage service projects; diagnose customer machine faults/issues effectively.

5. Calibrate equipment, including legacy products and all machine types.

6. Provide technical support to customers.
