Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing or CIDESCO/ITEC/WSQ qualifications or equivalent.
• Prior experience in an aesthetic clinic, medical clinic, beauty or customer service environment is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Customer-oriented and performance driven.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Able to work shifts and full day on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during aesthetics procedures
• Prepare procedure rooms, equipment and supplies
• Assist with patient registration, appointments and basic administrative duties
• Attend to clients and provide professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of procedure rooms and clinic areas
• Assist with stock checking, inventory and general clinic operations
• Handle basic cashiering and payment-related duties when required
• Follow clinic procedures, safety and hygiene standards
