Job summary

CAL Med, the clinical arm of CAL AESTHETIC, offers modern medical-grade aesthetic treatments in a safe, professional environment in Singapore. We are seeking an Aesthetic Sales Consultant to support our doctor, guide patients through treatment options, and ensure a clear, confident, and personalized experience.

You will assist during consultations, diagnose needs, recommend treatments after assessment, and maintain strong patient relationships through follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics, beauty consulting, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, high service standards, and confidence explaining treatments.
• Sales-driven with motivation to earn more.
• Professional, reliable, and capable of building rapport with patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during consultations and explain treatment plans clearly.
• Identify patient needs based on goals and medical assessment.
• Recommend suitable aesthetic treatments after assessment.
• Build trust with patients and conduct effective follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate documentation and smooth clinic flow.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and professionalism.
