Job description

Aesthetic Consultant Therapist (Medical Aesthetic) - up to S$6k per month

An international aesthetics clinic chain headquartered in Singapore, with presence in Shanghai, Hangzhou and now Kuala Lumper, is looking for suitable candidates for the above positions. In your role you will have opportunities to work alongside doctors, para-medical and finance professionals.

For the motivated candidates you can expect to:

· earn high monthly income SGD 4K fixed pay (including SGD 1K skills allowance for certified therapists, who fully meet our requirements, plus an average monthly commission of SGD 2K-4K.

· selected candidates will undergo a certified aesthetics training program conducted by our aesthetics doctors – we are the first in Singapore to offer certified training which are recognised by the Singapore Government under the WSQ (Workforce Skills Qualifications).

· The program gives you all round training, yielding two certificates in medical aesthetics including both theory and practical, that are recognised by the Singapore government.

· This first ever certified aesthetics training provided by the medical director will give you a strong advantage to start your career in the growing medical aesthetics industry.

· To work in Singapore with possible grading of work pass for selected candidates.

Limited posts available; only the most promising candidates will be selected for the certified training program and placed on high pay high commission certified therapist positions

Key Responsibilities

· To perform therapy and treatments in skin, body sculpting or hair growth.

· To manage the treatment course for the customers.

· To prepare doctor’s patients for treatment and perform post treatment therapy, under doctor’s supervision.

· To perform skin, body and/or hair analysis for customers

· To recommend the suitable price quotation /concessions and treatment regimen for customers who subscribed to the treatment program.

· To explain benefits and costs of suitable treatment packages to customers

· Handle stock admin duties, with rotation to Doctor Customer Assistant (DCA) duties, incorporate stock management. To ensure entries were made and financial and stock controls are followed.

Role Requirement

● Min. requirement of Diploma or higher, preferably in biomedical, nutrition, food science, biomedical, physiotherapy, pharmacy.

● Those with beauty diploma in Cidesco / CIBTEC / ITEC / NSRS / NITEC Spa and Aesthetic Therapy, WSQ may also be considered.

● Prior experiences in aesthetic / healthcare sector will be an advantage

● Proficient in spoken and written English, and conversational Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

● Willing to work retail hours and weekends

● Willing to travel between workplaces, with transport allowance provided.

● Pleasant personality with excellent personal grooming and care.

● Those with good proven sales records in previous employment will have an advantage
