What We’re Looking For

• Certificate or Diploma in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or a related field is preferred
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in aesthetics, skincare or beauty industry
• Solid understanding of skincare products, facial treatments, and aesthetic procedures
• Great communication skills, with proficiency in English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role involves serving Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willingness to work retail hours and weekends

What You’ll Be Doing

This role is key to keeping our clinic running smoothly and clients feeling cared for. You’ll be:

• Delivering professional and welcoming frontline customer service, including client registration, appointment scheduling, and addressing inquiries
• Preparing clients for treatments (e.g. cleansing, applying topical anaesthetic, taking pre-treatment photographs)
• Assisting doctors during aesthetic procedures
• Performing therapist-led treatments such as medical-grade facials and other non-invasive services
• Guiding clients on post-treatment care and educating them about our services
• Keeping treatment rooms and shared spaces clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Pitching in on inventory, clinic operations, and special tasks as needed

Attractive base plus commission based on sales targets achieved.
