Job summary

Paycom, a leading Global Aerospace Distributor, seeks a Warehouse Associate II in Singapore to perform core warehouse processes with limited supervision. You will receive, verify, and put away materials, pick, pack, and ship orders, and maintain inventory accuracy.

The role involves operating forklifts, generating shipping documents, and supporting AOG shipments where needed. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehousing, a valid LF forklift license, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years warehouse or distribution experience.
• Current forklift license (LF).
• Ability to lift/move items up to 25 kg.
• Available for on-call work as required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Knowledge of Component Control Quantum is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Perform system-based inventory put-away into storage locations.
• Pick, count, and package materials per sales orders.
• Prepare domestic shipments with packing slips and docs.
• Generate shipping labels and basic freight docs.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Support AOG off-hour shipments when needed.
• Train and guide Level I associates as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety in the warehouse.
