Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is hiring for an aerospace trainee role in Singapore. You will receive classroom and on-the-job training to troubleshoot, maintain and overhaul aircraft engines and related systems.

Expect structured training, a 4-day work week with 2 days off, and compensation including a gross salary up to SGD 2,760 per month, a sign-on bonus up to SGD 15,000, and a monthly shift allowance of SGD 250.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering-related disciplines.
• Singaporeans only.
• Willing to learn and develop a career in the aerospace industry.
• No prior aerospace experience required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair and overhaul aircraft engines.
• Dismantle and assemble engines and related components.
• Test, inspect and maintain engine equipment.
• Perform basic operational checks on aircraft systems and components.
• Use tools following established procedures and document work.
• Maintain accurate work records and documentation.
• Comply with safety, quality and aviation industry requirements.
• Participate in structured classroom and on-the-job training.
