Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is recruiting for an aircraft maintenance support role in Singapore. The position involves assisting technicians in engine and component maintenance, repairs, and inspections, with hands-on training provided during the classroom phase.

Shift work is expected (6:30 AM - 4:15 PM or 4:00 PM - 1:45 AM). The role offers a structured training pathway and progression opportunities in a multinational aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
• No prior experience required as training will be provided.
• Fixed income during the classroom training period.
• FOC classroom training with a Polytechnic (3 months training).

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and engineers in aircraft engine and component maintenance, repair, and inspection.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, testing, and functional checks.
• Assist with the assembly, disassembly, and installation of aerospace components.
• Operate hand tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment.
