Aerospace Technician (Grinding)

Proficient and technically able to perform the following tasks:

1. Cylindrical grinding and Surface grinding
2. Set-up and operate grinding machines
3. Use different types of measuring equipment to perform in-process inspection
4. Check wheel balancing
5. Interpretation of technical drawing
6. Carry out good quality grinding work within job schedule

Preferably with grinding and machining experience in Aerospace component MRO environment.

Willingness to cross-train to operate conventional or CNC machines.

Good working attitude and display a keen interest to learn and excel.

Ability to work independently.

Attentive to details and ability to understand Component Maintenance Manuals.

Maintain 5S standards and good housekeeping at all times.

Able to perform shift work (Morning and Afternoon on rotational basis), if necessary.
(A practical test may be conducted to evaluate suitability of candidate)
