Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Technical Support Technician to support production, drive quality improvements and contribute to new product launches.

You will provide daily technical support to production, lead root cause analysis using 8D/FTQP, coordinate new product introductions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain key KPIs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or technical support.
• NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering required.
• Aviation industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to production to ensure product performance and quality.
• Manage product definition and evolution with IPT.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement quality improvements (8D, FTQP).
• Coordinate new product introductions and support return investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) and monitor key KPIs (R1, FPY).
• Collaborate with Design Authority and cross-functional teams.
