Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned QA professional to ensure aerospace product and process quality, maintain the QMS, and support regulatory compliance in a full-time role based in Singapore. The incumbent will drive improvements and audits across ISO9001/AS9100 and NADCAP frameworks, with emphasis on CMM program development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in Aerospace manufacturing QA.
• Experience with CMM programs.
• Familiar with ISO9001/AS9100 and NADCAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA for product and process and maintain QMS while complying with regulations.
• Review and revise quality procedures and QC instructions.
• Liaise with customers, vendors on non-conformance and root cause analysis.
• Conduct internal audits (ISO9001/AS9100/NADCAP).
• Lead on-site audits and develop CMM inspection programs.
• Drive down cost of poor quality.
