We are looking for a motivated Quality Inspection Engineer to uphold world-class quality standards and support our growing operations. What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute detailed inspection plans for aerospace parts and assemblies.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define inspection methods and acceptance criteria.
  • Operate and program inspection equipment (CMM, gauges, optical tools).
  • Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process, and final inspections with full traceability.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, AS9102, AS13100, NADCAP, FAA).
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation for audits and certifications.
  • Support audits, troubleshooting (8D, FMEA, root cause analysis), and process improvements.
  • Stay updated with new inspection technologies and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in aerospace inspection or quality control (fresh graduates with relevant internships welcome).
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.
  • Hands-on experience with inspection tools (CMM, calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Familiar with aerospace quality management systems (AS9100, AS9102, AS13100).
  • Knowledge of CAD software or NDT is an advantage.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
