Job summary

Barnes Aerospace Singapore is seeking a QA Inspector to independently perform incoming, in-process and final inspections of engine components. You will read technical data, use CMMs and precision measuring tools, and ensure compliance with manuals and safety rules.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of MRO QA experience, strong measurement skills with calipers and micrometers, GD&T interpretation, and good English communication. Knowledge of CMM programming is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of MRO QA experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, layout, first piece, in-process and final inspection of engine components.
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections with close tolerances.
• Ensure inspections comply with manuals and technical data.
• Read manuals/data to perform inspection activities.
• Operate computerized measuring equipment and train others.
• Document inspections per regulatory and customer requirements.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
