Job summary

ALLIER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspections across aircraft, engines, and structures.

You will coordinate multiple trades, review manuals and drawings, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance with thorough documentation. Strong project coordination, clear cross-team communication, and willingness to work rotating shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on aircraft maintenance experience in MRO/aviation environments.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and manuals.
• Experience coordinating multiple aircraft trades.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on aircraft and components.
• Coordinate maintenance projects from planning through completion.
• Monitor schedules, manpower, and progress to ensure safe, timely delivery.
• Liaise with internal teams, customers, and subcontractors as required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and progress updates.
