Job summary

OKI Avionics Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a procurement professional responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services to support operations. You will liaise with suppliers and internal teams to manage purchasing, optimize inventory, negotiate prices, and monitor supplier performance to drive cost reductions and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong knowledge of sourcing electronics and mechanical components, familiarity with SAP and MS

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant engineering field with manufacturing experience.
• Strong sourcing skills for electronics and mechanical vendors.
• Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9000 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, purchase, and ensure timely availability of materials and services.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on demand, schedules, and orders.
• Ensure quality, delivery, and flexibility meet requirements.
