Job summary

ST ENGINEERING AEROSPACE ENGINES PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Logistics/Material Handler to oversee daily deliveries, inspections, and reconciliation with purchase orders. You will maintain inventory records, update receipts, adjustments, and returns, and ensure accurate stock levels in the system.

The role involves receiving and unpacking materials, reporting damages, and packing parts for shipment. Familiarity with Excel and SAP is advantageous, with aerospace experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires NITEC or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years aerospace experience preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliveries and inspection of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
• Ensure accuracy of the company inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
• Maintains receipt, binning, posting, records and issuance of materials.
• Receives and unpack materials and supplies.
• Report damages and discrepancies for goods receipt.
• Packing of parts for shipment and dispatch.
