Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 2-4 years of facilities engineering experience in aerospace/manufacturing.
• WSH knowledge and risk assessments are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily MRO infrastructure operations including HVAC, cranes, power, and air systems.
• Lead minor to mid-sized facility upgrades from concept to handover with defined timelines.
• Assist budgeting: plan and monitor OPEX/CAPEX and variances.
• Coordinate light Safety & Health duties and PTW processes.
• Maintain auditable records for audits and ensure safe workshop layouts.
