Job summary

Public Service Division invites applications for a Lecturer (Aerospace Engineering) in Singapore. You will develop curriculum and deliver lessons primarily in SAR-66 modules and other engineering subjects.

You will supervise final year projects, engage industry partners and universities, conduct CET sessions, participate in research and consultancy, and mentor students while coordinating outreach activities and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in aerospace MRO with CAAS SAR-66 basic examinations in B1 and/or B2, or
• Hold or have held an aircraft maintenance license (B1/B2) issued by CAAS, or
• Engineering degree in Aerospace / Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering and SAR-66 basics passed

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum and deliver lessons, mainly SAR-66 M1–M17 and other engineering modules.
• Supervise final year projects and internships; liaise with industry partners and universities.
• Develop and conduct Continuing Education and Training (CET) lessons.
• Contribute to academic research projects, R&D/implementation projects or industry consultancy.
• Mentor and motivate students in their learning journey.
• Plan and lead school activities such as overseas trips, service learning, and outreach events.
• Undertake other admin work related to the programme and student development.
